Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can get away with. This page explains what that is.

What we hold

Call recordings and transcripts (if enabled on your plan), caller phone numbers, the messages callers leave, and your account details (name, business name, mobile, email). We hold call metadata (times, durations, outcomes) for service operation.

Why we hold it

To answer your calls and send you the details. That's the product. We don't sell data, we don't run ad tracking on this site, and we don't profile your callers.

How long

Recordings and transcripts: 90 days, then deleted. Account data: while your account is open. Aggregated, anonymised usage: as needed to run the service.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@brring.co.uk and we'll sort it within 30 days.

Processors

We use Cloudflare (hosting), Twilio (telephony), Deepgram (speech AI), and Resend (email) to run the service. Each only sees what it needs to do its job.
